What can we expect from CTRL?

SZA’s sultry innocence shines on her latest track Love Galore. With a tender tone she calls out for “love” on the hook.

Travis Scott adds a rasp to the duet rapping, “why you bother me / last time I checked you were he one that left”. Complete with layered vocals underscored by sharp trap drum skits, we have reason to believe CTRL is going to be in an incredible feat.

The long awaited debut album from the TDE leading lady has been teased for an extended period of time but now it finally feels real.

Dealing with the complexities of twenty-something-year-old modern love affairs, SZA’s CTRL looks like it’ll be everyone’s current relationship status.

Originally shying away from music as it seemed like it would be “a burden”, SZA real name Solana Rowe seems to be stepping into the fore stating CTRL is, “what’s in my head”.

And if this dance video is anything to go by, SZA has some incredible live performances in store for us all too.
